Women's Wellness Days : Healthier in 2017
Join other groups of women interested in spending the day in a retreat-like setting exercising and focusing on their personal health and wellness goals for 2017.

Carolyn and Renee have combined their decades of experience in health, aesthetics, and personal development training into a super fun day long event for women who are also passionate about learning all they can about creating their best life.
We have been brainstorming about all the things that most affect us as busy women and how to get past common challenges and misconceptions promoted and marketed in the health and wellness industry. Everything from supplements and skin care to the conscious language choices we need to mindful of as we move through our day.
Here is a snapshot of what our day together will look like:
8am: The day starts with an outdoor workout (venue specific)
9:30am - 10am : time to change clothes, have a snack, get your binder, water, etc.
10am -12pm: Discussion on nutrition, menu planning, skin care, supplements, exercise frequency and taking the time for self care.
12pm - 1pm: Lunch ( varies with venue; possibilities include brown bag, a local restaurant who has created a menu for us, or ON-SITE food prep and cooking class)
1pm - 3pm: 2017 Goal setting and Time Management. Following a specific formula involving intentions for the 10 main areas of life we will narrow the focus down to 3 life goals you desire to bring to life in 2017. Discussion of mindset, conscious language choices, the importance of journaling, and affirmations in order to hit those goals.
3pm: 15 min break
3:15 - 4:30pm: Yoga and meditation
4:30-5pm Wrapping it up
These days leave you feeling at peace with your present and energized and excited about your future!
Participants get:
Binder with notes on nutrition, recipes, sample workout routines, and skin care guidelines as well as affirmations and journal prompts.
2017 Goalsetting packets to continue to fill in and review.
