A Thanksgiving-styled Snack

To finish off last week’s mac n cheese, I cut it out from its “mold” and fried it in a nonstick pan to get that “leaked n’ crispy grilled cheese” texture. I then paired it with a small homemade meatloaf sammich on toasted French rolls with Dijon mustard, relish, red onions and heirloom tomato slices.
