The Tale of the Recursive Zucchini Neighborhood

A nice neighbor gives me zucchini. I take it home. I find shrimp and flour. I look on Internets and find recipe for Ukoy (Filipino-style Shrimp Fritters) here. I’m happy because it’s easy. I sprinkle with Kosher salt and lemon juice immediately after they leave the pan. I was not in a vinegary dipping mood. I decide to serve with Tzakziki sauce (3 cups Greek yogurt, 1/2 cucumber, 2 garlic cloves and a handfull of dill wrrrrrrrrrr’d in a food processor or blender). I feed fritters to neighbors. Everybody is happy!
The End.
