		<description>oh yeah fo&#039; sure! I&#039;d most likely add chicken too. We&#039;re talking about maxiumizing flavor here, Raw chix is great, But render out fats and add a chickeny-browny flavor. Do it in the oils and fats left over from the sausages. Then other items and toast rice also in the same love! Some chilled white wine de-glazing after is in oder after that to harvest the lovley brown bits/fond. Holla!</description>
