
Quick stir-fry. Protein: Chicken. Starch: Brown rice. Veg: garlic, ginger, napa cabbage, onions, carrots, celery. Liquid: canola oil, soy sauce, sesame oil. Crunchy: fried previously homemade frozen egg rolls.
