		<description>mmmm I still have some frozen turkey stock from Christmas I need to use up, that reminds me!   I couldn&#039;t find my ice cube trays (having not needed them since we got the new fridge) so I just lay mine flat on a cookie sheet.  Nice and stackable that way :D Yummy!</description>
