Time is Money (and Cuddling too!)
As I embark on a new journey into “livingwithsomeoneIheart-ness” starting… uhhh tomorrow (!!!), there are a few sites that I have picked up to save some moving-in headaches, as well as other miscellaneous time-savers that will allow for more time cuddling on the couch (if we find one, that is). Thanks to Jason, Mark and Atish and others for introducing some of the sites to me.
Unclutterer (link)
Good articles on how to keep your living space clear of the clutter. Be prepared to throw things away. Hee hee.Life Hacker (link)
Part of the Gawker ring of blogs, the site focuses on things to do to save time any given moment of your day. Really interesting stuff relating to computers and general life organization.Ikea Hacker (link)
Buy stuff from Ikea, hack it to fit into your lifestyle. Do-it-yourself attitude with a lot of clever ideas. The 4-Hour Workweek (link)
Of what I gather from recent conversations, the author, Tim Ferris, outsources everything. He then spends his time focusing on tons of other things. Does it work? I dunno, but it sounds interesting enough to pick up the book in the near future.Wallpaper Magazine (link)
One of the first magazines that consistently turns “browse into buy“, this magazine has everything that I’m really into plus more. Their articles on interior design are always drool worthy, as well as their new handle on food trends. An excellent “commuting” magazine that will leave ideas floating in your mind at work all day.Google Reader (link)
Search for a RSS feed, drop it in and you’ll have yourself an “inbox” of your favorite personal and news-related blog posts all in one place. It’ll make you so efficient, you won’t know what to do with yourself. Trust me, I know. Hee hee.
I don’t know why I’m not tired after the 10-hour drive. OH YEAH.. I DRANK ALL THAT CAFFEINE (coffee and a bottle of Bawls). Dammit. Hee hee.
I hope the links help!
