Time to get Replaced.
Wake. It’s early. I’m tired, but too restless to go back to sleep. I make it a point to never blog about work, but some candidates are auditioning for my job today… which I must say is a surreal thing. I purchased 3 sets of demonstration ingredients yesterday, making sure to procure the best quality produce. I’ve asked them to make omelets – start to finish in 30 minutes or less. Omelets are relatively simple to cook at home, but to fabricate them into light, fluffy clouds WHILE telling a story about how your mother made them for you as a kid WHILE making sure to wax poetic about the product without making it feel like a RonCo infomercial is a difficult thing. At least I think so.
Honestly, I loved this job. I really hope we get some good candidates today that will feel the same way.
At the very least it’ll be entertaining to watch!
