Video Blog: How to Make Eggs in a Basket

When you have a simple breakfast that is comprised of 3 main ingredients – bread, butter, eggs (plus salt and pepper) – quality preceeds everything. EVERYTHING. Land O’ Lakes won’t do here peoples. Sure that stuff is great, but there’s a reason why some buttermakers take the time and put a real ROBUST flavor in their product. It’s not just for greasing pans anymore. Also, the bread needs to be fresh and hearty and the eggs need to be relatively fresh, so they hold together better for its “container.” OMG I’m sounding preachy, but in all seriousness… you’ll benefit. I promise!
