Midnight Breakfast Pizza

Hey there buddy, I made a southwestern breakfast pizza for a midnight snack a couple nights ago after werk. I just took chopped slices of thick bacon, green onions, Wisconsin cheddar cheese and a can of black beans and set it on some pizza dough. Then, after 10 minutes in a 400 degree oven, I whisked 3 freshly cracked eggs and poured it on the top and put the pizza back in the oven until cooked through… and voila! BREAKFAST PIZZA. YAY.
I normally make Alton Brown’s recipe for pizza dough, but I got a hookup from my homeslice @ Bristol Farms. Thanks Anthony!
