Incidentally, it's not the Nintendo software which kills it. The problem is that the software sets up Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) on your existing network connection in order to stream from the WiFi to the ethernet. ICS, unfortunately, interferes with the uPnP protocol which the XBox uses to discover media devices on the network. Yeah, I just worked this out for myself.
