M$ Wireless 360 Mac Apple ZOMG OVERLOAD

So, there’s this guy, Colin Munro from tattiebogle.net, who like **totally** wrote some code that allowed you to use your wired USB Xbox 360 games on any Apple computer (in my case, a G4 Aluminum PowerBook). I’ve used it for a while and it works without a hitch. As of Februrary 27, he updated the code to make it totally mo’ awesome-R than ever before:
Update
I have now acquired a Microsoft Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows, investigated the protocol and added the new functionality to the driver.
Currently only the binary is available as it is beta and the code is still to be tidied up, however I believe there are no problems with the code. Of course, of something goes wrong, don’t blame me! Additionally, after I release the source code I shall update the USB information here to also reflect how to control the Wireless Gaming Receiver.
If you don’t recall the Xbox 360 Wireless Gaming Receiver (and who could blame you), I wrote a post about it here. Essentially, what I’m trying to say is that YOU CAN NOW PLAY YOUR WIRELESS XBOX 360 CONTROLLERS ON YOUR MAC for some sweet emulator action.
Actually, it’s not that exciting, but since it took me more than 5 minutes searching for a solution, I figured that writing this could probably help someone else. I’m nice like that.
Nice like that.
