You’ll have to wait for a recipe the next time I happen to make this dish (only because I’m lazy and I don’t want to write it again), but the story goes like this: I was gonna make Thai chicken in a coconut peanut sauce, but while I was talking to the person in the convenience store… I was convinced to make an Indian dish.
