Palace of the Sunny Skies
I had a really relaxing afternoon @ the Palace of Fine Arts, which is located in the Marina District in San Francisco. It’s about 1/2 a block from the Muni #30 bus’ last stop, which also runs all over the city north of Market street. If you haven’t been there before, it was the place Sean Connery met his estranged daughter in The Rock. I hate to say this, but the weather was PERFECT (high of 68 with a gentle breeze) outside today. I heart the west coast. w00p w00p!
While I was taking in the sun, I shared a special pasta salad (more on that later) that I made earlier this morning, watched wedding parties have their pictures taken (reminds me of Mark’s wedding), walked around a bit and just laid out on the shaded grass and chilled out. It was a perfect Sunday (my Saturday)! Thanks to “The Doo” for the company!
