During a cooking demonstration, in the presence of a full capacity audience… I burnt toasted bread…
…twice. OOPS. LOL.
I’m embarassed… but everything else (chorizo in red wine, black olive tapenade and spanish omelette with potatoes and onions) went very well! YAY. Saved by meat! Haha.
I just hope I don’t do the same thing tomorrow!

Heheh, we all get burnt sometimes while doing the simplest chores. Don’t be -too- hard on yourself
Also, you say “chorizo in red wine”; does that imply cold steeping, or do you actually simmer the mix? Because a few weeks ago I had some chorizo boiled/simmered in portovino and that was heavenly! Sweet and spicy at the same time.
