I gotta stop pulling 10+ hour (and more) work days in bunches. I don’t think my mind sanity could handle another week like this. Oh wait. Emeril Lagasse (Yeah. The *BAM* guy) is coming next Thursday.

…sigh.

I still love it, but the one thing I haven’t learned yet is how (or when) to stop.

I’m on a gravy train with biscuit wheels! (I just don’t know when I’m gonna get off the damn thing)
