That’s awesome! I think Hubert Keller was one of the Top Chef judges (Jason?). Anyway, that’s so cool that you’ll be rubbing elbows with the big dogs. Next thing you know, there will be a Food Network scout looking for new talent, and that talent is you! Booyah!

Please note the mannequin has crocs on. Also, the chef from Citizen Cake will be on Iron Chef on the 29th (and doing a weekend thing at the Ritz)!
