Chill II Chill: The Remedy

New album from the R&B group that quite honestly made me the huge cheesy sap that I am today: Boyz II Men. If you were born in the 80’s (which is kind of depressing that some of you arent LOL), you’ve grooved to their music on more than one occassion. And if you’re over 18, **hopefully horizontally.** ROFL. Here’s a quick bio from their wiki:
Boyz II Men is an American R&B/soul singing group from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1988 as a quintet, Boyz II Men found fame as a quartet, with members Wanya Morris, Michael McCary, Shawn Stockman, and Nathan Morris, on Motown Records during the early 1990s.
Apparently Michael McCary (the bass) left the group due to chronic back problems resulting from scoliosis. Saddness. No wonder he was always on a stool during their live performances. At least Wanya, Shawn and Nathan are still doing their thing… well… without an official website… but oh well. I FORGIVE YOU GUYSESSSESS.
Sadly, I haven’t really enjoyed the albums after II, eventhough I liked 4 Seasons of Loneliness and their last Top 40 hit: I Will Get There:

Come to think of it… I sang this with Ms. Stephanie Park for senior breakfast in high school. That was like one of the few times that I sang in front of a huge group of peeps. There was that time where I sang “In the Still of the Night” for the Mr. Cougar contest thingie. Hahaha… I sang Water Runs Dry (seeeexxxxxyyyy) with Walter, Ajay, Joel for our 8th grade variety show. Oh man… I had my first kiss that night too. LOL. ROFLROFLROFLROFL… the memories.
Their album The Remedy has been released overseas, but not here. I have no idea what’s going on with that… but I’ve listened to a few of the tracks and it doesn’t have that same **pop** as it used to…
…then again, I’m not 15 and basking in everlasting puppy love.
