ViBlog: Anna Circles The Globe Again
Boneless chicken roulade stuffed with Prosciutto Di Parma, sauteed arugula and fresh goat cheese. Served with cremini mushroom risotto, sauteed green beans and battonnet carrots and Fat Bastard Sauvignon Blanc.
Cookin’ @ Jorge’s place for Anna’s trip back to Germany. Julio, who incidentally is an amazing photographer for the Associated Press, stopped and showed us some pictures from last weekend. He even gave me some advice about getting a high-end consumer / entry-level pro digital camera. I GOTS THE PHOTOGRAPHY BUG! EEP!
So anyway, Anna left for “home” yesterday (via a free business class ticket on Lufthansa Air) and I already miss her. She says she’ll be back, but I can’t help feel like we’re parting ways again. Sadness. She’s always been so supportive when Jorge and I (and the band) play out. She’s a great listener and a good friend with a clever head on her shoulders.
WE’LL MEESSSSHHH YYOOOOUUUUU ANNA!
Come back soon!!!
