Rawk It Wit The Fauxhawk.

Fauxhawk. I can’t stop linking to these two, but Clint just started sporting “The Herschell”. People have been telling me for years that I’ve been styling my hair in the Pineapple fashion. I’ve been denying it for so long ’cause it has such negative connotations. The title begs questions like: “Do I want to rebel without actually doing anything major to my head?” or “Am I just a wanna-b punk rocker?” It sucks. I just wanted to stand out a lil’ (and make myself look taller). Hee hee. Here’s the wiki:
The name faux-hawk is a portmanteau of French faux (fake) and mohawk, and may also be referred to as a “fashion-mohawk” or simply a “fashion-hawk.” The spelling of fohawk can also come from conjugating “forward-hawk.” It is found in all different styles and is very common among female runway models. It began in Europe and was made popular by soccer player David Beckham, Actions In Objects keyboardist, Jordan Stein and musician Matthew Thomas.
This hairstyle is currently showing to be popular with many people, and is considered to be a fad. Accompanying this style of hair is usually highlights in the hair, which adds to the metrosexual look.
Metrosexual. I used to hate that term too. I’ve always been a hopeless prep and until recently, I’ve tried to avoid all of this business. If you knew me in high school, please back a brova up. Bleh. I guess I have to accept it now that THE REST OF THE WORLD HAS CAUGHT UP TO MY INTERNATIONAL STYLO. That, and Jacqui has already labeled me this to everyone @ Arstechnica. LOL. Ok I’ll get over myself now. Hee hee. So, without further adieu…
I hereby publicly admit to having a fauxhawk.
**Glares @ Chris**
I hate it when I’m not right.

I used to have hair. Its all going away now, like, everywhere. I should get it looked into, because I thought a receding hairline only occurred on one’s head.

DB! I’ve read this about 15 times, just to make sure I understand what you’re saying. And if I’m reading you right…
THAT’S DISGUSTING! LOL
(You should be shaving that anyway. ROFL)
