It’s so hot in Chicago. New unannounced mixset available. I had some time so I hopped on the stream on Dogglounge.com this morning. I could really get used to this ‘mixing in the AM’ thang. It starts the day off perfectly. Visit my mixset archives page (to be updated soon) [...]

We’re back at it again. Naruto 141 ended the story arch cleanly, albeit a tad abrupt. We also get a lil’ surprise in the end character development wise and realize that “It wasn’t a wasted mission after all.” Click and drag over the text below to read this episode’s summary.

I grabbed all my recent pictures from my phone via bluetooth onto the Mac yesterday when I remembered I took a video too (Quicktime required). Cute no? Anyway, I downloaded the movie clip on the pBook too and noticed that it was assigned a .3gp extension. Suprisingly, it worked in Apple’s Quicktime [...]

Whooray for Japan’s love for cooking culture! One of the most interesting anime around, Yakitate Japan (Nihonjin only) delivers hot, freshly baked animated episodes on the weekly. Here’s what Animenfo.com had to say:

Hackaday.com has an interesting article linking to a how to on “Hacking the Technics SL1200/1210 mk2 Turntable“.
Yes, even the venerable Technics 1200 turntable can be improved. This simple, completely reversible, modification removes the automatic pitch lock from the mk2 model. If your decks have seen a lot of use the true zero point has probably [...]

Check Kotaku’s article my friend. It’s hand-me-down news from a friend’s friend’s brother-in-law’s uncle or something, but [...]

I’ve only been following 3 anime series lately, and I’m hungry for something else. Something in the ‘omgsocheezy’ genre. I follow the big three: Naruto, Bleach and Yakitate Japan. I do regular posts on Naruto, so I’ll spare you the details. I’ve also written about Bleach before (complete with series [...]
