Black + White = Delicious

I love mash-ups. The dj side of me craves the ‘rare’ track. The geek side of me appreciates the creativity of combining random ass tracks in a logical manner that actually makes sense. Music Thing has shared a link to some A/V mash-up goodness.
I wasn’t too impressed with DJ Dangermouse’s ‘Grey Album‘, but this video of one of the tracks is amazing. Persevere through the wonky ‘John Lennon Breakdancing’ bit, and you’ll be rewarded with Ringo Starr DJing, which is ace.
You’ve prolly heard me regurgitate my praise of the album, or at least watched me bobbin’ my head to it in the car. I really liked Dangermouse’s Album. It may be the best album that thousands of people have heard that didn’t sell one copy. Maybe I AM too easy to please. In any case, the music video isn’t very long, but you’ll have to remember that its for non-commercial use. So put the pitchforks down… I SAID PUT THEM DOWN!!! *ahem* ![]()

I liked Grey Album alot. You might also want to check out dj n-wee – The Slack Album. It’s really good, similar to the Grey Album.
